Backorders:

 Due to our extensive selection of styles and sizes some items may periodically be backordered. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) if any portion of your order is backordered. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number. 

Shipment Discrepancy: 

Shipment discrepancy must be reported within 7 days from shipment received. 

We value our customer's satisfaction, so we will return or exchange any defective item(s) not up to the customer's satisfaction. Here are a few guidelines for returning unwanted items: 

 A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff within 30 days from delivery and is required for ALL returns.

You may reach our customer service at (800) 540-3050 to receive your Return Authorization number.  

• Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization number at which time the Return Authorization number expires. 
• Return Authorization numbers are non-renewable.  
•  All products returned must be in cleaned, new, or in immediate resalable condition. 

A 15% handling & restocking charge may be applied. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 DirectMaterial.com reserves the right to refuse/return any merchandise not in immediate resalable condition or without a valid Return Authorization number.
