Thermowell SS 316, 2-1/2" LWant to protect that shiny new thermometer you just bought? Thermowells are designed to do just that, while also protecting the process being tested. 

Thermowells are recommended for temperature instruments in a process systems where high pressure, high speeds, or damaging materials (viscous, abrasive or corrosive) are present individually or in combination. A properly selected thermowell will protect the temperature instrument from possible damage resulting from these process variables. A thermowell also permits removal of the temperature instrument for replacement, repair or testing without affecting the process media or the system.
