Why did my card get declined for “Fraud”?

You’ll need to verify the billing address for the credit card provided and try submitting it again.

Our Organization is tax exempt. How should we proceed? 

Please send an email to with your tax exemption certificate, or fax it to 1-214-988-1006. 

For your first purchase, we will refund the sales tax amount to you. For your future purchases, the tax exemption number will be linked to your account and the tax will be automatically withheld from your purchase.

Where is my shipment?

Once your item is fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please note, the carrier may take up to 24 hours to update tracking on their website. If it has been over 24 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) and you do not see any updates on tracking, contact us at 888-334-4339.


I live in the DFW. Can I just come pick up my order?

Yes, you can. Make sure you call to check stock and place your order.
