Liner Clamps for Soft/Silicone Integral extension of the band as a liner (no rivets or welds). Protects soft surface hose (silicone and others) from damage caused by extrusion or shearing through the band slots. Breeze liner clamps give the truest concentric seal of any clamp made. Breeze Constant-Torque clamps are designed to stop or greatly minimize hose cold-flow leaks. Typical applications are sealed systems where clamps cannot be re-tightened, systems where clamps are difficult to get to, applications require higher torque, large diameters, extremes of heat or cold, or system expansion or contraction. Constant-Torque clamps are specifically recommended for bus, truck, and heavy duty equipment, air intake and coolant connections. Standard Constant-Torque are designed for torque compensation at installation torques from 50 to 125 inch/lbs. However, Constant-Torque clamps can be custom engineered for greater or lesser stress/load factors, to customer specifications.
