The VBB02LH lead-free brass ball valve features a lead-free lockable handle. The locking handle allows the ball valve to be locked into an open or closed position, so that the operator has even greater control over its use. This is the first brass ball valve with a lockable handle manufactured by DuraChoice and is sure to be a strong seller. 

In addition to the benefit of a locking handle, the lead-free brass ball valve meets all Safe Drinking Water Act Standards for use with potable water. The valve is made of a silicon brass blend, whose wetted parts contain less than 0.25% lead.

The valves are UL listed and CSA, FM and UPC certified. They perform up to the same standards as the popular DuraChoice VBB01, with the benefit of being lead-free. The valves are also available with a non-locking handle under the part number VBB02.
